Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in a retail environment with supervisory or manager responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
• Proficiency with POS systems and store software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Coach and guide the store team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring policy compliance.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer service and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock ordering.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure displays meet brand standards.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to address trends and opportunities.
• Help control costs including labor and supplies to meet budgetary goals.
