Minuteman Food Mart seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join our NC team and support daily store operations. You will assist the Store Manager in driving sales, supervising staff, and ensuring superb customer experiences. A strong focus on team leadership and operational efficiency is essential.

You will help manage inventory, merchandising, and budgeting while maintaining a welcoming store environment for our customers. Prior retail supervision and a customer-centric mindset are highly valued.
