Minuteman Food Mart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

The ideal candidate has retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. A reliable work ethic and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory/managership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and profitability.
• Coach and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while enforcing company policies.
• Assist in strategies to enhance customer service and build loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in placing orders.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure displays meet standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and take proactive actions.
• Help control costs including labor and supplies to meet budgets.
• Ensure store compliance with policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness.
