Job summary

Eurest, a leader in corporate dining, seeks a General Manager in Boise, Idaho to lead multiple dining service departments and drive cost-effective operations.

You will oversee financials, coach managers, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service to clients. Candidates should have a strong background in multi-unit foodservice management and a track record of achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice management with multi-unit scope.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities; strong communication.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of dining service departments across sites in a geography.
• Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Lead, train and orientate new management staff.
• Ensure compliance with client, company and regulatory standards.
