Job summary

Fooda is seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to lead operations across multiple sites in a 24/7 client environment. You will oversee indoor popup, catering, and outdoor food truck programs, aligning with financial and client objectives while managing teams.

The ideal candidate has experience leading multi-unit foodservice or high-volume operations, with strong logistical, financial, and people-management capabilities. Travel between sites and occasional nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit foodservice, hospitality, logistics, distribution, facilities, last-mile delivery, or similarly complex service operation.
• Foodservice experience strongly preferred, but candidates with substantial logistics or comparable high-volume service experience will be considered.
• Role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, including indoor popup and catering programs and outdoor food truck locations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations involving the client, restaurant partners, vendors, and on-site teams
• Bridge Fooda's senior leadership and site management with clear communication and aligned execution
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, customers, partners, vendors, and service providers
• Coordinate and lead client calls, review performance, address concerns, and track follow-up items
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to strengthen client relationships and support success
• Provide direction and operational leadership for all assigned sites
• Hold weekly meetings with Program Managers and Supervisors to set priorities
• Assist Program Managers with vendor scheduling and coordination of partners
• Support managers in leading salaried Supervisors and hourly staff across locations and shifts
• Recruit, coach, and develop managers and staff with clear performance expectations
• Develop and enforce SOPs that ensure safe, consistent, and efficient operations
• Coordinate complex logistics including vendor schedules, deliveries, staffing, site access, and service windows
• Develop contingency plans for changes in deliveries, staffing, or weather
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory, labor management, reporting, and P&L performance
• Ensure timely entry of financial and operational data into internal systems
• Utilize Fooda technologies to manage schedules, reporting, and cross-team communication
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and health requirements across sites
• Maintain visible leadership across operations and shifts
• Work in construction-adjacent or industrial campus environments following client safety rules
• Travel regularly between sites and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site travel
