Culinaire, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks an Area Director of Food and Beverage to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple units, lead a team of associates, and manage client relations while ensuring high-quality food offerings.

The role requires budgeting oversight, collaboration with the Chef to create menus, and rollout of new culinary programs. Eligible for bonus; strong leadership and hospitality experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Preferred BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple units.
• Manage and lead a team of associates.
• Manage client relations and ensure superior quality food.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client.
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
