Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks an Operating Partner to drive operating excellence across 1–3 clubs. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure member experience aligns with Planet Fitness standards while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires certified technician skills, trainer certification, and travel between clubs to meet KPIs and operational goals. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably within the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician (required).
• Certified Fitness Trainer (required; must be maintained in active standing).
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned clubs (50-75% as needed).

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, revenue growth and brand consistency across 1-3 National Fitness Partners locations.
• Lead and develop teams to meet KPIs and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and payroll efficiency within budget.
• Maintain club cleanliness, member experience and brand standards across clubs.
