Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across 1–3 clubs. You will lead teams to deliver the Ultimate Member Experience while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.

You're a hands-on leader, certified to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment and hold a Fitness Trainer Certification to model best practices in fitness and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Certified to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment.
• Fitness Trainer Certification required to model best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and revenue growth across 1–3 clubs.
• Lead teams to exceed KPIs and ensure brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor cost control.
• Coach staff and conduct regular development meetings.
• Lead by example and uphold NFP core values.
