National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks an Operating Partner to lead 1–3 clubs in Exton and Phoenixville. The role drives revenue growth, brand standards, and member experience while overseeing safety, maintenance, and team performance.

The position requires 2–3 years in multi-unit management, active Matrix Tech and Fitness Trainer certifications, and travel between clubs (50–75%). Starting salary is $75k with opportunity potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician (required).
• Certified Fitness Trainer (required; active standing).
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between clubs (50–75%).

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and operational goals at club level.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to align operations with budgets and targets.
• Monitor KPIs and coach staff to meet NFP standards.
• Maintain club BER inspection scores and brand standards.
• Hire, train, and develop staff to deliver the Ultimate Member Experience.
• Model Servant Leadership and hold staff accountable to policies.
