Job summary
National Fitness Partners, Planet Fitness’ largest franchise, seeks an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across 1–3 clubs. You will lead teams to uphold cleanliness, safety, and a premier member experience while repairing Life Fitness/ Matrix equipment and modeling best practices.
The role requires Certified Matrix Equipment Technician and active Fitness Trainer certifications, with 2–3 years of multi-unit management and significant travel
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience.
- Certified Matrix Equipment Technician is required.
- Certified Fitness Trainer in active standing.
- Must be able to travel 50–75% between clubs.
- Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and revenue growth across 1–3 clubs.
- Lead teams to meet KPIs and ensure brand standards.
- Oversee safety, compliance, and equipment maintenance.
- Model Servant Leadership and develop staff through coaching.
- Ensure member experience aligns with Planet Fitness standards.
