Job summary

Hand & Stone in Austin seeks an experienced Multi-Unit Esthetics Leader to oversee five spa locations and grow the Esthetics Departments. This is a multi-unit leadership role that blends esthetics expertise with business and people leadership to turn strong teams into high-performing departments.

You will partner with ownership and spa leadership to develop teams, drive department performance, and ensure a consistent, exceptional esthetics experience across all locations, while coaching leaders

Qualifications

Active Esthetics license with professional treatment experience.
2–4+ years of leadership or management experience.
Experience leading teams, departments, or multiple locations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand KPIs and turn results into action.

Responsibilities

Oversee Esthetics Departments across five locations.
Establish and drive goals for facial services, upgrades, retail, retention, and KPIs.
Coach and develop location-level Esthetics Leads and Licensed Estheticians.
Lead strategies to grow advanced treatments, service upgrades, and retail performance.
Coordinate training opportunities and ongoing education across locations.
Maintain consistent department standards and operational execution.
