Hand & Stone in Austin is seeking a seasoned Multi-Unit Esthetics Leader to oversee the Esthetics Departments across five locations. This is a multi-unit leadership role requiring strong business acumen, coaching, and sales capabilities.

You will partner with ownership and spa leadership to develop teams, drive department performance, and implement consistent standards across the market across five locations. The role emphasizes leadership growth and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading teams, departments, or multiple locations.
• Strong business acumen with KPI understanding; able to drive results.
• Proven track record in sales, retail, service upgrades, and goal achievement.
• Active Esthetics license with professional treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Esthetics Departments across five Austin-area locations.
• Set and drive goals for facial services, upgrades, retail, retention, and KPIs.
• Coach and develop location-level Esthetics Leads and Licensed Estheticians.
• Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing education for teams.
• Ensure inventory management, standards, and operational consistency.
