Job summary

Hand & Stone is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Esthetics Leader to oversee and grow the Esthetics Departments across five Austin-area spa locations. This is a multi-unit leadership role, not just a practitioner position, focused on turning great teams into high-performing departments.

The ideal candidate brings esthetics expertise, strong team leadership, and proven business and sales acumen—working with ownership and location leaders to drive department performance and consistent service

Qualifications

2–4+ years of leadership or management experience.
Experience leading teams, departments, or multiple locations.
Strong business acumen with KPI focus and action orientation.
Proven record of sales, retail, service upgrades, and goal achievement.
Active Esthetician license with professional treatment experience.
Experience coaching, training, and developing other professionals.

Responsibilities

Oversee Esthetics Departments across five Austin-area locations and drive performance.
Establish goals for facial services, upgrades, retail, and retention.
Coach location-level leads and licensed estheticians.
Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing education for the team.
Ensure inventory, standards, and operations are consistent across locations.
Collaborate with ownership and spa leadership on strategy.
