Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager in Utah. You will lead multiple restaurant teams within your assigned area, traveling 2–3 days at a time to provide direction and guidance to the leadership teams. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, managing labor and food cost, and fostering a positive work culture.

The role emphasizes developing future leaders, mentoring staff, and maintaining high standards across locations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven; thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2–3 days at a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and ensure proper staffing levels.
