Job summary

Café Zupas in Utah is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations with a focus on sales growth, labor control, and food cost management. You will work side by side with restaurant leaders, visiting stores 2–3 days at a time to provide direction and feedback to the leadership team.

The role demands 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership, the ability to mentor teams, and a proven track record of developing people while driving store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in restaurants to direct and provide feedback to leadership teams.
• Support all assigned leaders in achieving targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and ensure proper staffing levels.
