In this fast-paced role you will review performance, manage expenses, supervise bi-weekly management meetings, handle escalated guest concerns, and implement local marketing initiatives to grow sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of multi-unit QSR management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop restaurant managers.
• Strong understanding of labor costs and COGS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve each restaurant's business plan and CORE goals.
• Staff, train and develop all restaurant managers.
• Manage controllable expenses to meet profitability metrics.
• Lead bi-weekly management meetings and reviews.
• Respond to customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize local marketing initiatives to increase sales.
