Job summary

Workstream is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Leader/District Manager to oversee operations at multiple locations in the South Georgia Area. This role includes responsibilities such as recruiting, hiring, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent guest service across Huddle Houses.

The ideal candidate will have multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation days, and a competitive bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-unit leadership restaurant experience, preferably with brands like Huddle House or Waffle House.
• Proven success in quick service restaurant (QSR) management.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple restaurant locations.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and staff.
• Monitor training and ensure a safe work environment.
• Manage budgets and control inventory costs.
• Support sales goals through seasonal forecasting and new product rollouts.
