Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure financial success while fostering a positive culture. This role offers the chance to sharpen operational and leadership skills in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

You will mentor General Managers, promote Wingstop’s culture, and collaborate with marketing and recruiting to drive growth and profitability across your district.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 months multi‑unit management experience (fast food or casual dining preferred) or 12‑18 months as Wingstop General Manager with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations including risk, talent, facilities, and financial acumen.
• Proficient in analyzing profit & loss, staffing, labor laws, food safety, and health regulations.
• Experience with local store marketing and technology systems including Microsoft Office.

• Drive sales through effective restaurant and brand marketing strategies.
• Oversee budget planning and financial performance to maximize profitability.
