Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across sites.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all units.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely fashion with GM and on-site teams.
• Mentor and coach managers to develop high-performing teams.
