Job summary

Dunkin' | ZSC Enterprises seeks a District Manager to lead a portfolio of 5–7 Dunkin’ restaurants. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive sales, ensure Brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training leaders, maintaining operational excellence, managing labor and costs, analyzing performance, and partnering with franchise ownership and Brand teams. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers across 5–7 Dunkin’ restaurants.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty while ensuring Brand standards.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses; review P&L performance.
• Set goals, analyze performance, and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations; lead district meetings.
