Job summary

Cedartown Foods, a growing quick-service restaurant operator, is seeking a District Manager for Jersey Mike’s in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees 3–5 locations, coaching store managers, monitoring KPIs, and managing labor and food costs to ensure brand standards and profitability.

You will implement district marketing initiatives and collaborate with leadership to reach district goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Operational and business acumen, with budgeting experience and KPI analysis to drive profitability across locations.
• Customer service and hospitality mindset, with commitment to quality, consistency, and brand standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Previous multi-unit management experience in quick-service or restaurant ops is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and compliance requirements.
• On-site availability with travel between district locations; flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or Hospitality a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store managers across 3–5 locations.

• Manage labor and food costs while upholding company policies.
• Ensure stores meet food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Visit restaurants regularly to support staffing and operations.
