Job summary

Jersey Mike's is seeking a District Manager for the Pensacola area to supervise 9+ locations and uphold our standards across operations. This full-time senior management role requires setting clear expectations for General Managers and maintaining a people-first culture across restaurants.

The DM will oversee training, staff development, P&L reviews, safety audits, and performance evaluations, with travel between stores and a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in QSR or Jersey Mike’s subs is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of 9+ locations.
• Train and develop managers and hourly employees.
• Review P&L and identify issues.
• Ensure safety and food quality through audits.
• Maintain staffing and provide open availability.
