Job summary

Zaxby’s Franchising LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee profitability and leadership development across 5 to 8 locations in the Valdosta, GA / Gainesville, FL markets. You will ensure SOP compliance, drive guest traffic, and partner with marketing and recruiting to build talent pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years multi-unit leadership, and a strong ability to coach managers, manage budgets, and implement growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of multi-unit experience with P&L responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly goals for management teams aligned with strategic plan.
• Develop store-level leaders through coaching and governance.
• Recruit and develop talent to fill leadership roles.
• Collaborate with marketing and recruiting to drive guest traffic.
