Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple units and drive performance across the portfolio. You will work closely with restaurant leaders, delivering direction and feedback to strengthen leadership teams and achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership, a proven track record of developing people, and a dynamic, positive approach to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and ensure proper staffing levels.
