Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the industry.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in business software and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the district.

Responsabilités

• Operational Oversight across multiple branches to ensure consistency and policy compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and staff.
• Develop and manage district budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Review financial reports and forecast sales and expenses.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across branches.
• Lead new store openings, closures, and renovations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership.
