Job summary

DRM Arby's in Wisconsin is seeking a District Manager candidate to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, driving guest service excellence and sales growth. The role emphasizes accountability for district performance, staffing, training, and execution of Arby’s standards across multiple locations.

Candidates progress through Arby’s managerial training programs, with a pathway to district leadership after successful training, hands-on store experience, and proven operational proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed on levels with quality, friendly teams who are scheduled effectively.
• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to provide outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service.
• Attain District P&L Budget Plan. Ensure profitability of restaurants by reviewing weekly and periodic paperwork to ensure that all controls are in place and reported numbers are accurate.
• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants, as well as to maintain a bench for future growth.
