Job summary

DRM Arby's is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple Arby's locations. You will coach teams, manage staffing, and ensure adherence to DRM standards and training programs.

The role includes completing the Arby’s Manager Training Program and GMTP, spending a minimum six months in-store, and pursuing district leadership opportunities with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Conduct Daily Business Reviews on every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed on levels with quality, friendly teams who are scheduled effectively.
• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to provide outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service.
• Attain District P&L Budget Plan and ensure profitability by reviewing weekly reports and controls.
• Work lunch and dinner shifts and ensure exceptional guest service through Shift Leadership and a District Manager approach.
• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, install POP and menu boards, and lead new product training.
• Provide leadership with excitement and a positive attitude aligned to DRM objectives.
• Audit inventory quarterly and maintain equipment with approved vendors.
• Prepare annual sales and profit forecasts with General Managers.
