Job summary

DRM Arby's is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers in delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales in a multi-state Arby’s operation. This role focuses on training, staffing, and maintaining P&L performance across restaurants.

The candidate will oversee the Arby’s Manager Training Program and GM Training Program, ensuring completion of all required training, and will work at DRM Arby’s restaurants to gain hands-on leadership experience for

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-unit restaurant teams.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with P&L ownership.
• Experience in training and developing managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit by providing operational expertise and reviews.
• Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with qualified teams.
• Coach teams to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service.
• Develop bench of top performers through training and succession planning.
• Achieve District P&L budget and oversee weekly reporting for controls.
• Lead districts with a Manager-in-Training pathway and district leadership readiness.
