Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in Quick Service Management with supervision of 4–10 units.
• High School Diploma required; BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field preferred.
• Proven ability to develop targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution and strong communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and profits through financial management and leadership practices.
• Support and direct Restaurant General Managers to ensure operational success.
• Enforce company policies, practices, and procedures across restaurants.
• Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for Restaurant General Managers.
• Create a positive guest experience and foster a collaborative team culture.
