Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Internal candidates strongly encouraged to complete training prerequisites.
• 3-5 years in similar multi-unit role preferred.
• 2 years GM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Spends majority of time in restaurants (70%) developing, teaching, and coaching managers.
• Review operations data to drive improvements across the district.
• Assess situations, identify root causes, and partner with GMs to execute plans of action.
• Enforce standard operating policies and procedures per Operations Manual.
• Drive safe, compliant, and profitable district operations.
• Execute sales plans and promotions to boost restaurant performance.
• Communicate with market leadership and align district goals.
• Mentor and develop GMs and store-level teams for growth.
• Lead district meetings, provide feedback, and document performance.

Education
