Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple units within a state, driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of restaurant managers, align operations with corporate standards, and ensure strong communication with the regional and corporate teams.

You will mentor General Managers, implement annual strategic plans, and uphold Blaze Pizza training principles while delivering exceptional customer service and results.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-unit restaurants.
• Experience overseeing Restaurant Managers in an assigned area.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain high performing work teams.
• Must manage a P&L and execute a sales plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants.
• Serve as the liaison between your District units and the corporate office ensuring strong communication.
• Focus on daily sales, marketing plans and unit operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.
• Motivate and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Maximize sales and profits by setting the standard of excellent customer service.
• Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans, people development and operational issues.
