Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant units, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across districts. You will manage General Managers, develop leaders, and execute strategic plans while maintaining superior guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years in a leadership capacity within multi-unit restaurants, strong communication, and a focus on cost management and people development. A demanding, 50-hour week is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-unit environments.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain high performing work teams.
• Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Must be able to manage a P&L and execute a sales plan.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management staff and develop top talent within your restaurants.
• Serve as liaison between District units and the corporate office with strong communication.
• Focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and unit operations including costs of goods, labor, and guest relations.
• Maximize sales and profits by delivering excellent customer service and setting standards.
• Supervise, train, motivate and develop General Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans, people development and operational issues.
• Implement annual strategic plans for area restaurants.
