The Dunkin franchise organization is seeking a Controller to oversee financial controls, monitor store performance across 55 locations, and identify operational risks in a fast-paced multi-unit environment in Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and comfortable partnering with district leaders and store management to improve financial performance, ensure accuracy, and strengthen internal controls across all locations.

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or multi-unit operations required.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven Controller to join our growing Dunkin franchise organization with the oversight of 55 locations. This role is responsible for overseeing financial controls, monitoring store performance, identifying operational risks, and ensuring accountability across 55 locations. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-unit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze store financials, P&Ls, labor, and operational reporting

• Investigate and monitor cash shortages, overages, deposits, and variances

• Audit cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems

• Restaurant or franchise experience is a plus
