Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and capable of coaching teams, managing costs, and driving sales while delivering outstanding service on the shop floor and through admin and strategy work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to drive sales and control costs.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable service experiences through quality products and interactions.
• Lead the team to meet customer needs and grow the business.
• Demonstrate store leadership with cleanliness and organization.
• Enforce policies: safety, health, security, maintenance, cash handling.
• Maintain and organize inventory; monitor inventory flow.
• Plan staff deployment for effective teamwork and service.
• Coach and develop staff; address performance issues promptly.
• Understand and manage costs within the PnL; promote education.
