Klatch Coffee is hiring for assistant manager, cafe manager and multi-unit manager across new Sprouts locations in the Greater San Diego area. Responsibilities include leading teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced retail settings.

Qualifications

• One year of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to drive sales and control costs.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Creating memorable service experiences through quality product and interactions.
• Working alongside the team to meet customers' needs and grow the business.
• Demonstrate store leadership by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Follow and enforce policies including safety, health, security, maintenance, and cash handling.
• Maintain and monitor inventory; organize and control costs and waste.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales and growth.
• Coach and develop the team; deploy staff for superior service and teamwork.
• Lead staff to provide speedy, friendly service and strong customer relationships.
• Grow the business and community presence through promotions and events.
