Job summary

BENCO Equipment is seeking a Regional Manager for the Southern Wisconsin area to lead multiple store locations from Madison, WI. You will coach store leaders, shape business strategies, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong operations, budgeting, and communication skills, with willingness to travel regularly within the region to support teams and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing or supporting multi-store operations.
• Strong background in operations, budgeting, and sales strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality and service.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance performance.
• Experience in automotive parts or retail is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
