RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead a dynamic store team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Wisconsin. You will support the General Manager, coach Shift Managers, and model leadership by example to drive sales, service quality, and store standards.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory control, and promotional execution while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance. This role offers growth through internal promotion and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
