Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple bakeries in the Odessa, TX area. You will be hands-on, guiding daily operations, ensuring guest service, and upholding brand standards.

You will recruit and develop Bakery Managers, manage labor, and drive district sales while maintaining food safety and quality. This role requires flexibility, travel between locations, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit, hands-on management in food service, bakery, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to work in-store and perform all bakery functions.
• Proven success leading teams, managing labor, and driving financial results.
• Experience in franchised or brand-driven environments preferred.
• Strong hands-on leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a regular in-store leadership presence across assigned bakeries.
• Demonstrate ability to perform all bakery operations and guest service.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of Bakery Managers and teams.
• Drive district sales, profitability, and labor efficiency.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Support new bakery openings, remodels, and transitions as needed.
• Serve as liaison between bakery teams and ownership/corporate partners.
• Ensure compliance with labor and food safety regulations.
