Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a full-time Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager to lead multiple Jiffy Lube centers in the Davie, FL area. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and build high-performing teams to WOW customers and achieve record results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of extraordinary management experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
• At least 3 references that verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 50+ hour work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 75+ people across multiple stores and ensure smooth daily operations for each vehicle service center.
• Translate executive and operational processes into store-level tasks and responsibilities to drive service quality and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and direct employees to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain performance standards.
