Job summary

Boost Mobile by KG Premier is seeking an Area Manager to lead a six-store territory, driving sales, operations, and team development. You will coach Store Managers, manage regional budgets, and ensure brand standards across all locations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail leadership, multi-unit experience, and strong P&L management, with a preference for wireless/electronics industries. Travel within the territory is expected and a college degree is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, with at least 1 year of proven multi-unit/area management experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing Store Managers and sales teams across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing a regional P&L, budget, and labor costs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team to meet and exceed regional sales, operational, and financial goals.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive market share and performance.
• Oversee all daily operations for locations, including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure outstanding customer experience, brand integrity, and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Store Managers with ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards across the region.
