Dunkin’ | SAWS LLC is seeking an Area Manager to develop our General Managers, Assistant Managers, and crew, creating great customer experiences as we expand from 7 to 20 stores in the coming years.

You will lead leaders, drive store performance, and play a key role in growth. Applicants should have restaurant multi-unit experience, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to execute company standards while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-unit environment, ideally restaurant/fast casual.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage P&L, inventory and operations across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

Using Your Leadership Skills and Experience You Will

• Oversee a portfolio of successful stores: develop multi-unit level strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each store’s unique strengths and challenges
• Lead a team of leaders by motivating, coaching and strengthening General Manager’s and Assistant Managers as team leaders
• Serve as a resource: provide expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures

Responsibilities Include (partial list):

• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers
• Ensure all restaurants are meeting operational and food safety standards
• Establish sales and service goals and help ensure they are met
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, sales and profitability
• Provides great guest service and problem resolution
• Lead team meetings
• Ensure that restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketing window
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance
• Coach and mentor team members

We'd Love to Hear from People Who Have:

• Experience in a multi-unit environment with restaurant experience, quick service and drive thru experience is a plus, managing 3 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
• oNote: Not required if experience as a high caliber General Manager in the restaurant industry has been established.
• Management experience leading diverse teams, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
• A team player that has a great attitude, is honest and works with integrity, and works well with others.

Requirements:

Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
