Job summary

Jamba is seeking an Area Manager to lead store-level profitability and operations across multiple locations. You will drive sales, manage budgets, inventory and staffing while upholding high standards of guest service and food safety.

The role requires leadership, 1+ year multi-unit management, and a readiness to work long hours, including early mornings and weekends. Enjoy a generous benefits package and discounts at all Jamba locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year multi-unit management experience, including Profit and Loss management.
• Must be 21+ and able to work 50+ hours per week including early mornings, nights, weekends.
• Proficiency with technology including POS and Microsoft Office and other web based programs.
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recognizing outstanding work performance while providing necessary constructive feedback.
• Training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining your store’s Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Ensuring that all business and productivity metrics, including sales, budgets, and staffing are met.
• Reviewing business practices, determining the needs of the customers and team members and identifying performance opportunities to create strategies that improve overall business performance.
• Adhering to all Company and Brand food safety, cash handling, and operational policies and procedures and ensuring that all Team Members are in compliance as well
• Developing and maintaining positive relations with the surrounding community through excellent guest services, effective marketing, community involvement, and sponsorships
