Job summary

SSP Group, a leading airport food and beverage operator, is seeking an experienced General Manager for multi-unit oversight in a high-volume setting. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen teams, manage costs, forecast budgets, and develop staff across diverse concepts.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years as a Quick-Service Restaurant GM with kitchen experience; a culinary background is desirable, and strong MS Office/POS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Quick-Service Restaurant General Manager with kitchen experience.
• Culinary background desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks.
• Excellent communication with executives, union reps, and hourly staff.
