NE Property Management, overseeing Anatole on MacArthur Apartments, seeks a Make-Ready Technician to transform vacated units into market-ready homes. The role emphasizes painting, drywall touchups, appliance testing, and light plumbing or electrical tasks as part of a fast-paced on-site team.

You will inspect spaces, patch and paint, remove trash, test appliances, and secure turning units. A strong work ethic, detail orientation, and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct groundskeeping or make-ready experience on-site.
• Ability to learn and apply safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated spaces and complete checklists to return homes to market-ready status.
• Patch and paint interior/exterior as needed; transport paint and materials.
• Perform unit trash-outs and remove unwanted items safely.
• Test appliances to verify working condition and coordinate repairs.
• Audit fixtures such as windows, doors, blinds for upkeep.
• Rekey doors and swap mailbox locks to secure units.
