Ideal candidates will perform painting, drywall, carpentry, and electrical diagnostics, while using CMMS to track work orders and inventory. Supervision of other staff and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential painting, drywall and carpentry.
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with tenants.
• Proficient in electrical diagnostics using an ohmmeter.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential units to identify repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Paint and repair units to prepare for new tenants.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and inventory.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist troubleshooting.
• Fabricate components as needed for repairs within units.
• Use an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and verify functionality.
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
