Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking Make-Ready team members to prepare apartments for new residents. You will restore vacated units to market-ready condition through cleaning, minor repairs, and painting, working closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance leadership.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in general labor or skilled trades, own tools, and a valid driver's license. This on-site role offers health benefits, retirement planning, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general labor or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment (vacuum, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own set of tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Return vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard.
• Perform cleaning, minor repairs, and painting as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Property Manager or Regional Supervisor.
