Job summary

The Daily Personnel is seeking experienced Make-Ready Technicians to prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance skills and the ability to complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing units, performing minor plumbing/electrical repairs, drywall work, painting, fixtures replacement, appliance inspection, and general maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Repair drywall, patch holes, and paint walls.
• Replace light fixtures, outlets, blinds, locks, and hardware.
• Inspect and repair appliances as needed.
• Perform minor carpentry and general maintenance.
• Replace faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Complete assigned work orders and apartment punch lists.
• Ensure all units are clean, safe, and move-in ready.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisors regarding completed work.
