Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or four years in building and plant maintenance.
• Experience in at least two of building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Repair structures and bridges using carpentry, welding, masonry and concrete methods.
• Operate construction tools and machinery to complete maintenance tasks.
• Install and replace fixtures, wiring, and related electrical components.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and install new piping when required.
• Inspect and adjust heating and cooling systems.
• Coordinate tasks and guide semi-skilled workers on projects.
