Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical repair: lamp changing, light fixture repair/installation.
• Performs plumbing repair: pump/fixture installations, drain cleaning, diagnostics.
• Maintains understanding of HVAC systems and operation.
• Performs basic maintenance on equipment (tractors, forklifts, order pickers, etc.).
• Repairs the building including painting, carpentry, and floor repair.
• Completes preventive and reparative maintenance across trades.
