Job summary

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the general maintenance field.
• Experience across two or more trade areas (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and repair across facilities, grounds, and related structures, including electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and determine the most effective repair methods.
• Review blueprints, manuals, and CBP design standards to guide repairs.
• Work independently to support maintenance activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with Project Manager and customers to ensure complete satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.
